A common requirement from most Application users and PRO-IV / GLOVIA users concerns the reports that are generated. Since PRO-IV and application reports do not easily support fonts, colors and styles, the reports appear bland and uninteresting. Moreover, vital information cannot be easily highlighted which, in many cases, renders the report redundant.

PROplus is very pleased to announce a new product, PROforms to PRO-IV and GLOVIA clients. With PROforms, you can have your PRO-IV documents forms converted from PRO-IV text based reports to Jasper Reports based forms. The Open Source, Jasper Reports based forms allow you to print your forms on plain paper with embedded fonts, graphics, conditional formats, logos, barcodes, etc. In addition to ease of modification, your documents can also be printed, saved as PDF, faxed or e-mailed as attachment. You also have an option to digitally sign the document before sending as an attachment to e-mail, making sure that the document is not tempered with.

With PROforms, there is no need to purchase any other software; all needed add-ons are embedded with the installation of PROforms at no additional charge. You just need to provide your Blank Form (currently used as pre-printed form) and document name, we will do the rest. Alternatively, if you already have Jasper Reports installed, you can design and create your own forms with a very little training.

Above all, PROforms is seamless to your application. Application users do not need to learn any other technologies or techniques. It co-exists with standard PRO-IV reports, and is smart to know which forms are to be printed by using PROforms. User just needs to continue using the application as before, such as chose an option to print Sales Order, and a beautiful looking, form will be printed on a plain paper transparent to user.
